A lot has happened in the last month. For starters, I'm getting married! Pedro and I are so excited.



FOCUS introduced me to Jesus, to godly friends, and to my future husband. God has been so good. He and I have both lived with college students for the last 6 years or so. So, we'll be starting our new home mostly from scratch. A couple of you have asked how you could help with that, so I'm including our registries here. This last month in ministry has been FUN. 

Our Story Time outreach has been going strong! We've started giving away free books to students on campus to help encourage people towards the truth in Jesus. Among them are The Screwtape Letters by CS Lewis, and Gay Girl Good God by Jackie Hill Perry. They've sparked interesting conversations, and we're meeting up with students in public bookclubs to talk about what they're reading. 




We just gave away almost 50 boxes of free pizza at TWU a couple of weeks ago. We've been searching for ways to bless the students on our campuses, offering them something rather than soliciting them for the gospel, because the gospel gives without requiring anything in return. Hence the free books and free pizza. We met a bunch of people who were interested in meeting Jesus, one of whom I've started studying the Bible with. Her name is Kundi, and she just moved to Texas from England in August to start school. She's a long way from home. Please pray for her!
